i really need 2 lose weight. my cousin is getting married and i cant the dress. i could fit 4 months ago tho. lol...honest answers. i need the pills out there...which will be combined wit eating right and exercise.

get out of the following ideas:

1. You don't need to be like those fitness celebrities. If you are good health and your weight does not restrict your daily life activities, you should not worry about.
2. Toos out the concept of taking pill for fitness.
3. reduce meat(may be eliminate completely at early stage) and eat vegetable.
4. Don't eat outside, spend time for cooking at home.
5. Regular exercise is the key for this car depended nation. Try to walk small distances.

Above all, never believe drug industry propaganda and ask your doctor about .... The biggest shame of US culture. Probably the only place in the world where drug is selled to the patient not the doctors.

There is NO pill that works. NONE. Trust me - I have tried them ALL.
If you need to lose weight fast, here is your best and only bet:
Diet & Exercise.
These are some tough rules, but if you follow them, you will fit into that dress when you need to!
1. Do not eat ANY fast food - I mean NONE of it. NO Subway, NO McDonalds - no matter how healthy they say it is, EVERYTHING from a fast food place is laden with fat, sugar and empty calories. If you can, eat ALL your meals at home & pack lunches - this way, you know exactly what is going into your body.
2. Drink water - and for sure a big glass 5 minutes before ALL meals. This will help you fill up faster and keep you hydrated.
3. Try to cut WAY back on alcohol. Eliminate it all together if you really want to lose weight. You would be AMAZED at the difference this rule makes. Just wait to drink until the wedding!
4. Do AT LEAST 45 minutes of Cardio EVERY DAY. Walking, running, biking, rowing, steps. And you need to be sweating and breathing hard for 30 minutes of it. Don't worry about weight training, just go strictly for weight loss with the cardio.

I know this sounds tough, but you can do it. And it's only for a short period of time - after the wedding, you can go back to your normal life - unless you want to keep losing weight or start weight training.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Ones like Hydroxycut and NV help a little. However, the best way is diet and excercise. You dont say what size you are now. If you are a 6 or an 8, you may can do it. Good luck.

Hydroxycut w/ephedra worked really well for me. Of course the ephedra is controversial right now and it causes jitters but if you can deal with it then you'll be skinny in no time. You have to combine eating right and exercise for the full effect of course but it works without that as well. I would just go to a sports nutrition store and asked for their best selling product because things may have improved since I last took them.
