Just a start would be a transmission and a rear end that can handle the power and upgrading the suspension to handle this power as well. Even used a that motor is going cost a ton 6 to 8 grand. You will need fuel pumps to handle the gas requirements. Do yourself a favor. For the amount of money to set up any mustang with this motor just go buy an 03 Mustang Cobra used it will be about the same and you don't have a car that was never designed for the power let alone just thinking of all the labor you will have to put into it I don't think it is worth it...I own an 03 Mustang and it has the independent suspension and brake power that you will need... this is a bad idea

Your question lacks the detail needed to answer this question. Which tells me you do not notice detail. You should not be doing a project like this. The Cobra (assuming you are not talking about the Shelby) is already a Mustang. Why do you want to take it out of a Cobra mustang and put it in to a mustang? You failed to give any detail about both cars and why you are wanting to do the project. Is it going in to a classic mustang? A 77 mustang? An 85 mustang? A 96 mustang? All this information matters. Please refine your question to include more information.
