Warm or cold if I am in a hurry.

I start with cold water, but usually rinse with the water warm. The cold is almost too cold by itself. I feel sorry for the people who mentioned having lead in their hot water. That's awful.

Actually hot water only has more lead if your pipes are really old. The higher the temperature, the more pure the water is(to a certain point, only filters can get it completely). Warm water will help dissolve particles and bacteria better while you brush, making your teeth a little cleaner.

Cold water. Never hot, if you had ever seem the inside of a hot water tank, you'd never drink hot water from tap. I've been told that the inside of a hot water heater isn't very clean. Dad has worked on his, so I guess he knows.
