be honest. i am only 4 1/2 inches big. but i always ask the woman what she want and i can perform what she likes very well. so in other words i know how to use what ive got and i am also willing to do oral on her if shes clean. so my question to you is if a guy is small but he knows how to use it, would you find him a turn on??

oh yeah. the g-spot is only an inch or two in. if i can do it with one finger, a guy can surely do it with a smaller than average penis.
here's the thing... 4 1/2 inches isn't really that small. it is in the "average range." the average penis size is 5.4 inches, NOT 6 like everyone thinks it is.

If you know how to please your partner the size does not matter.
There are always exceptions. Some people just wanted bigger men but there are also people who want smaller.
