Whats the difference between a Convection Oven and a Conventional Oven???

Convection relies on the principle of heat currents to circulate and cook through the food. A Conventional oven just heats up and lets the heat permeate the food.

Convection ovens cook by circulating air. Conventional ovens just get hot with no air flow.
