I think he's somewhere in MIss., possibly Boloxi.
Is there a web site for locating military personnel, or is that restricted? Any suggestions?

I don't know if the navy has it, but in the army we have a website called Army Knowledge On line (AKO). and you can search for anyone in the army, and it will come up with at minimum an email address. Most have people's phone numbers, addresses, and the unit they're in. I'd find out if the navy has something like this, and if so find a navy recruiter or someone else you know in the navy to do a search for him

The Red Cross is a good place to start.

Or you could write to the Secretary of the Navy.

I think that there may be a reason why he's not keeping in touch. I'm not trying to be mean, but if he's not keeping in touch either 1) he doesn't want to or 2) he does not have the time right now nor resources possibly.
