i am not sure what kind of spots you are referring to so maybe you should ask a dermatologist.......you could also try a vitamin called Biotin...it is good for skin, hair, and nails..... i bought some for $1.38 for a two month supply from wal-mart......it works great for me and at that price wouldn't hurt to give it a try!!!!

Since you haven't described the spots (are they bumps, blisters, flat, raised, connected, isolated, patchy etc) I can't hazard a guess. I would advise you to see a doctor or dermatologist if they continue to bother you. I had a rash on my calves that I thought would go away of its own. It didn't and I tried every remedy people advised - even swabbing the area with Listerine which was supposed to cleanse as well as restore skin pH. By the time I finally sought professional help, the rash had spread from my ears to my toes. My skin sloughed off from all the home remedies I tried - some of which it turned out I was allergic to. What started out as a little rash I was slightly concerned about almost put me into hospital! Where your health is concerned, it's best to err on the side of caution if you have the means (insurance, financial) to seek professional assistance. As for me, I have permanent scarring as a result of taking so long to go to the doctor. Best advice I can offer is "Don't wait until it's too late."

Where are these spots, how old are you and have you had any children or are you pregnant? I had some when I was pregnant and shortly after, somedays they fade and somedays they just seemed to spread, they were on my abdomen and chest area. It was a fungus and you have to get a prescription from your Dr. to get rid of it. Good Luck.....It could be a lot of different things, your best bet would be to go to a Dr. and get a professional opinion.

If you're younger (under 20) just use a bit of make-up to cover the spots. If you're over 20 and these spots get bigger and darker, see a Dr. If you're really concerned...see a Dr. anyway. Don't let it go.

Go to a doctor for a prescription, that doesn't sound like a normal rash. Maybe an allergic reaction to something you are using? Try to determine what you do differently the days you don't have it.
