Are there certain alcohols that do that more than others?

If you want that sensation, just spin yourself around a few times and then stand still. It's quicker and safer than booze. Not to mention cheaper.

You actually want the spins?!? I had that happen once, never again. You're probably drinking so much that you're building up a tolerance to alcohol. Don't drink much for a while and then drink a lot in one night. Shots work best for getting really drunk. Make sure you have a designated driver and watch out for alcohol poisoning!

i would say the best way to accomplish that would be to drink a 6 pack of beer, then bring on the hard liquor. the reason this will be successful (unfortunately) is because beer, with the lower alcohol percentage is slower at affecting your system, as opposed to hard liquor which enters your system much quicker. now if you really want to feel the earth slip from under your toes, when you are drunk, take a couple puffs of marijuana.....none of this is at all recommended, its just guidance as to how to end your night as being 'that drunk guy/girl that missed the party cause they were puking'!

start mixing the alcolhols. that ought to do it. But the spinning isn't good, that means your brain isn't working right, and you could get alcohol poisoning. the idea is to drink enough to get a buzz, but not to puke or get dizzy. i think you are missing the point.

It seems like that was just something that happened the first few times I got drunk. After that no more problem with that.
