Here are a couple of tour operators who mention helicopter tours:

"The 'Cliffs of Moher' which look out onto the Aran Islands, the beauty of the landscape and the coastal features make County Clare a favourite with our clients.
We arrange boat trips to the Aran Islands and we cater for group tours with top quality minibuses and coaches. Helicopter tours are also available."

"O’Neachtain Tours are now able to offer a full corporate service tailored to suit your needs. We can even arrange helicopter flights in conjunction with all our tours or our limousine hire ."

I've been twice and havn't seen them yet . The wind was so strong everyone just struggled from the bus into the visitor centre. No chance of getting up the path to the cliffs. It was like trying to walk through a brick wall.Spray was jetting like a knife-edge vertically from the top of the cliffs. Awesome. Helicopter rides may not be too frequent, and won't be very close to the cliffs because the updraft is tremendous even on a calm day.(They do get calm days, but I've yet to see one). Beautiful trip though, just travelling there from Galway.Great hostel too,in Galway, called Barnacles, who can help with bookings. They've also got a branch in Dublin, just off Temple Bar.

I would definitely say so. I'm sure you could get a helicopter- but I wonder from what distance you could view them from?
Anyway good luck. They are a beautiful site.
