I kinda asked this question already but I'm still lost as to what to do and the problem is! I bought a new computer and "I can listen and burn CD's but I can't watch or burn DVD's on my computer! I was told to download a DVD Shrink and so I did and I also downloaded Av Movie Morpher Silver, but I still can't burn DVD's. What is going on becuase I obviously don't have a clue? Do I have to purchase software to watch DVD's on my computer and if so what would that be...or can I get that free? I just don't know! LOL

Your computer probably just has a CD drive. To view DVD you need a DVD drive. The DVD looks like a CD drive but it is different inside. A DVD drive can read CD but a CD drive cannot read DVD.

You have to have a DVD drive. Try going down to a local computer store and asking about the different DVD drives they offer. Then get a program like WinDVD to watch them.
