why doesn't anyone in this site have a sense of humor? This is funny. I see it. A few other people see it. And yet we have those who find it necessary to spout their sociopolitical dogma and try to make us feel bad. Well f*** those people.

I bartended for years and by no potential had to diminish anybody off. you should look to make sure in the journey that they are coherent. I worked at an section with older (30 somethings and up) so i did not ought to. in case you artwork at a fashionable position with youthful purchasers, you've gotten to rigidity about it. that is going to likely be visibly obtrusive how sauced someone can get. if you're uncertain, ask a coworker or manager. they'll continually come by for you. In Michigan they have tips preparation, i'm not confident what the acronym potential today, besides the undeniable fact that that is a necessary preparation for eating position workers to familiarize themselves with alcohol and that is consequences. also, it is your responsiblity to not over serve, besides the undeniable fact that it extremely falls all the way down to the guy ingesting to be responsible for themselves.

The bartender cuts off any person visibily intoxicated. This does not matter who the person is. If you cut off a fat person from food, they would claim you were discriminating, and you'd be sued.
Everyone would laugh, except you when you had to pay your lawyer.

Tongue in cheek aside. You pose a remarkably pertinent question. Obese people cost society a lot of money due to health care costs. Recently here there was a discussion to allow the use of youth sport dues and expenses as a deduction to encourage parents to keep their children active. The motion was defeated because it was concluded it favoured wealthy families, since low income homes could not afford the expense. Great idea make us all the same by dragging us down. Why not provide subsidy to those low income houses to grant their children access to sports and recreational events that lead to good health.

the only life a fat person is taking is their own..and very slowly for that matter....
a fat person never killed anyone because they ate too many cheeseburgers
a fat person never got arrested for domestic violence from eating too many donuts
a fat person never died of spaghetti and meatball poisoning

Drunks on the other hand take lives when they get behind the wheel
start fights for no reason
and sometimes die of an alcohol induced coma.

even though you probably meant it as a joke there is no relevance between the disease of alcoholism and overeating

It is if that person is eating very disgustingly and disturbing/grossing out other customers.

My sister almost got kicked out of a restaurant for laughing uncontrollably with her mouth open and letting the food just fall right out of her mouth. It was gross! But hilarious though!

Good question! The way society is today, a person can sue a restaurant for making them gain too much weight. I remember a lady years ago that sued McDonald's when she burned herself with her coffee saying it was too hot...and she actually won!

No. Drinking often causes danger to the drunk and to others whereas overeating is self inflicted pain.
