We Canadians don't make such petty distinctions. If you are a citizen of Canada no matter where you came from, you're just a Canadian.

For all that America is "the world's melting pot" and die hard about their "english only" policy, the people there have some pretty contradictory customs.

Amadians would be a good term. I don't think they are called anything in particular. A Canadian National or an American National of Canadian descent. Which one are you talking about ?
