My Mum says they do but im not sure they are working for my Mother in law shes as crabby as ever

Only for mild depression. And like others said, it shouldn't be taken with certain other things (like birth control pills or antidepressants.)

I read a sruvey that said they were as effective on mild depression as synthetic anti depresants- be aware though that they will stop you're pill working if you take it.

they are mild antidepressants and yes they work on some people but other it has not

They did for me, but it takes a few weeks to notice the effect...also be careful if you are on certain medications...some are contraindicated.
