I had been experiencing tingling in both hands and down my spine into my feet....Doctor said today that he is leaning to MS...I know that this a long diagnosing matter. Does anyone else know anything about this? I did go through quite a bit of tests today. MRI's will be next week and spinal....

Def: chronic disease of the central nervous system, in which there is destruction of myelin (covering of the nerves) and nerves axon within several regions of the brain and spinal cord at different times ( episodic and progressive)
Signs & Symptoms:
Paresthesia (numbness & tiggling) in different places
Double vision, blurred vision, dimness vision and sometimes partial or total blidness
weakness in the extremities
Muscle paralysis
tremors
Gait disturbance (walking weird)
Spasticity
Difficulty controlling your bladder
Constipation (a common problem)
Vertigo
Emotional Disturbance (anger, irrational behavior, deprssion)
Patient seem to get tired all the time.
Check everything you can, read, look it up on the web if you can, prepare yourself, take everything in, and always question the Dr. i know the know it ALL, but at times they can MISDIAGNOSE

A lot of illnesses have those symptoms. I had the same and the consultant diagnosed neuritis. Basically, it's when the brain sends the wrong message to the nerves. Mine has sub-sided over the years, but neuritis is often the name given for general diagnosis until they find out if there's an under-lying cause. Hope everything turns out well for you

should be Mrs. Smith or Ms. Smith. It relies upon on the fellow's selection. i do not imagine Mizz is a identify! And it would not be bypass over, because it really is the identify for someone who has no longer been married.

If your doctor said it's MS it's probably MS

Girl just pray and hope its not MS my aunt has it and its very painful (muscles) weakness all the time tired. please pray that u don't have it...
