1)Graze
Eat foods spread out. Don't eat 3 medium meals a day, eat 3 small meals and 2-3 snacks (its ok if you cant tell a snack from a meal) Like, dont eat more just eat it spread out. FOr example. Say, you normally eat 1 sandwich, 1 salad and an apple for lunch. Well eat the salad, half a sandwich and half the apple and save the rest for snack. This "grazing" technique keeps When you eat your motabolism speeds up for a bit so this keeps it constantly running top notch!

2.get an excercise ball. You know one of those things you sit on, just sitting there while you type/watch tv will work your abs

3. There are no such thing as negative calorie foods. However there are foods you can eat as much as you want and will not add calories to your diet. (celery, water, lettuce, rice cakes, grape fruit)

4)eat slowely.
This does several things. First, it takes several minutes (10-20) to realize you are full. Second, eating fast realeses chemicals that make you hold on to fat

5) The classes of meals
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day to give your motabolism a jump start. dinner is not so important so it should be small

6)take the stairs, find the FARTHEST parking lot, not the closest. Bike or walk when you can.

7)Stand on subways and buses, burn more calories

8)switch to whole grains (whole wheat, brown rice ect) more fiber, less cals

I've lost 30lbs so far. I've been going to the gym 2 hours, 3days a week.

The most important thing is willpower. Next time you eat something. Ask yourself why are you eating. Are you hungry? Stressed at work, Family, friends, life? If your not eating a meal you shouldn't be eating. Try have a glass a water first.

Second is just don't buy the crappy food at the store. Don't buy Cookies, chips, etc. Its alot easier when its just not even inside the house to be temped by.

Third.... I would recommend staying away from bread. Eat wheat wraps and wheat bread if you have to have bread. Try only using one slice of bread to a sandwich. Instead of chips eat crackers like cheese nips, wheat thins, etc. Stay away from all sugar products. Have cheese or mayo in a sandwich. Not both. Potato's are bad (CHIPS) eat sweet potatos instead. Yogurt is really good for you also.

The whole gym thing. If you start going just start slow. Observe what other people are doing to work out. start off with 10 mins on the bike and work your way by the end of the month to 30mins. It goes by quicker if you watch something funny on tv.

You should try watching your carb intake. And measure your foods. When I was prego, I had gestational dibeites and anyway they put me on what I called a diet. I could eat so many carbs in one day and had to measure out my meals. I would eat three meals a day and have a 3, 5 ,9:00 snack like a orange, an apple, or something all that like. I lost weight believe it or not and I was prego. I ate alot of like the Healthy Choice Meals and stuff like that. Also keep out the sweets, pasta, white breads. I also heard if you drink alot of green tea. Well best of luck

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
