well you could try eating less fatty foods and excersising every day and probably in 1 day u cud loose up to 4 pouns so just keep going and keep trying

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

JOGGING 2- 3 TIMES A DAY,FOR 1-2 HRS TILL U SWEAT
DIEST WITH LOW FATS AND RICH IN FRUITS
DRINK LIQUIDS MORE THAN 2 LITRES PER DAY
MAKE SE.X WITH UR PARTNER ATLEAST 3-5 TIMES A DAY UNTIL MUST SWEAT EVERY TIME
SMOKE LIGHTLY AND DRINK HARD ALCOHOL ONLY 20 ML
DON'T WATCH TV IN DAY TIME BUT DO MORE OUTING
SLEEP ATLEAST 6 MAX 7 HRS AS DAY
DO MEDIATATION AFTER TAKING LIME WATER

Eat some laxatives, work out every day, and stop eating anything other than jello, ice cubes, and soup! lmfao!

all you have to do is exercise and eat right. go jogging 3 -4 times a week and do sit ups and eat right.
