ive tryed spinning around and drinking salted water they dont work and the famous finger in ya throat that doesnt work either

Just fake it. Say you don't feel well. But staying out of school will damage your future.
I assume you are at HS level. Perhaps you need to go to a different type of school ...Like a vocational school. One that will teach you a profession. Then you could get out of going to college and start working. I younger son didn't like HS and went to college instead and it was much better for him.
Try to figure out why you do not want to go to school. You have lots of life ahead of you so if you think school is boring think about a dead end job because you don't have education. Nothing worse then a dead end job and that's forever if you want to eat.

Yeap I know but not telling... U need to show this email to your parent, what's more important is Why U want to avoid school? The problem at school will still be there the next day and the next. If u having problems, please tell a trusting adult. Have them help u through it. Avoid the problem doesn't make it go away. It usually starts other problems too. If u threaten go to counselor or have ur parents contact administration.

If you really want to skip school just lie, don't hurt yourself. Based on the spelling and grammar in your question though, it would probably be a good idea to actually go to class.
