How old are you?
I have been taking Ginkgo Biloba and it has been helping me. There are a lot of products out there now to enhance your memory. You may want to give them a try...

I heard Gingo Giloba is good for that. And I'm pretty sure I butchered up the spelling. Go to a GNC or local drug store. They can help you. But other than that there's not much you can do for memory loss. I hope it's not alzheimer's.

I would suggest going to your local pharmacy and asking them about suppliments that you can take to improve memory. There are many natural ways that you can do so; I THINK the best thing for it is called Ginkgo biloba. One of the best brands is "Ginkoba." The website is listed below :)
If you're concerned about the migranes being linked to this, and it's just began please be cautions and look for the signs of potential brain tumor (newly developed speaking problems, memory issues, headaches, etc). You might want to consult with your doctor if you believe that might be it. It's not natural for someone to just suddenly start getting migraines frequently and out of nowhere.
Good luck!

That's sad, but it happens to all of us as we age.
I started taking Ginkgo Biloba supplements when I was about 30, just as a precaution. Very good for chilblains on toes and fingers too!
Co-enzyme Q.10 is supposed to help too, as is eating lots of oily fish with DHA oils in them.
Best of all for me, is getting my mind to work hard but for fun.
Crossword puzzles and quizzes are great for a mental workout, but best of all is a personal quiz.
When a friend has told me something a few weeks before, and then brings it up again next time I see her or him, I ask to be quizzed. I remember the topic, but want to fill in the details myself. That usually works wonders for my mind!
