No! Never! If you're worried about the sugar and fat contents, try a dark chocolate, or make a cup of cocoa with half water, half milk, and sweeten with honey. Cocoa is a superfood, and is itself healthy!

Yep, this is a tricky one, if you write "NO CHOCOLATE" in your purse or wallet, when you go to buy some it will remind you. Your still gonna need some will power though, chocolate is goooooooooooood.

actually managed to severely reduce choccy intake by switching to the 70% strength bars - u get the hit without too much shame
give it up completely though - hell no!!!!
