Just asking in case I ever do get bad breath. Don't you think it's good to be prepared for the rare but possible?

sugarless is the most important... if you use anything with sugar, it will only feed the bacteria causing the bad breath and make it worse.

cinnamon isn't that effective. peppermint is effective but for the most part it's just flavor and in worst case uber bad breath scenarios it won't help. wintergreen is the best at combating bad breath from personal expierience.

I prefer Life Saver's WintOgreen myself. Some cinnamon feels like it's burning.

Cinnamon. It is the oldest natural breath freshener.

Cinnamon, it seems to have a stronger taste and seems to last longer, the others seem to wear off faster.
