I know this might seem silly but find yourself someone to stand by the present table and have them tape the cards to the gifts. When you move the presents the cards very often get separated and I ended up sending thank you cards to people for the wrong gift. It was very embarrassing. Good Luck and have a good life. The partnership can be the most wonderful thing you've ever experienced.

It is a little late to do anything on Dec 7th...most places are booked and even if they aren't they will charge you a fortune because of the upcoming date. Unless you are having a JP ceremony and a large dinner for your reception, then you might want to hold off until you have more time to plan.

Wow, that is a short planning time, huh?

I thought it would be so cool to have a winter wedding!! Snowglobes would be totally cute as centerpieces and for favors you could do christmas orgnaments or candy canes. And I think it would be so adorable to have a flower girl dressed up as an angel.

I hope you get everything put together in time! :) Congrats.

For centerpeices
I bought huricane canle holders from ac moore craft store I bought in bulk so they gave me a discount they came out to be about $5 a peice plus the candle $1.99 and flowers around the base $4.00. You could do it cheaper if you wanted and had ribbon around the candle holders. The way I did it lloked really nice. If you have a handful of helpers to make the arrangments the day of the wedding it would be worth it
I shopped around for linens and got beautiful satin linens they looked really nice
try and book your tables or chairs if you are early alot of places give discounts if you book early.
Do your own bouqets its really easy. I bought all my flowers at price chopper and saved myself alot of money. I happed to have good timing when I bought the flowers they were buy one dozen get the second free. I only paid about $400 for flowers and I had alot of flowers huge bouqets.
Make your own invitations. I bought mine in walmart they have kits for doing them yourself on the computer. They looked really profesional. I got alot of compliments
Do a buffet insteed of a dinner you will save alot of money.
Try and find a photogapher at your local college. I live near The woodstock school of photography I called and they recomended someone to me for a reallly good price and my photos turned out great
Good luck I hope this helps

do you and your fiance have favorite colors/things?
i.e My FI and I love the water and boats, so we based our theme around that , and decided to rent a yatch.
Think of things that mean a lot to you both, write it all down, and review it together.
Also, if you check out websites with pics, see other people's wedding, you may form ideas off them based on the things you wrote down as important to you.
good luck,
Congratulations!
