I have a 15 pound total weight boneless turkey roast in a net. How long should I cook it and at what temp. Covered or uncovered?
My oven is not convection, so I know it will take even longer.

15/4= 3.5 HOURS AT 350 DEGREES. YOU NEED TO HAVE A MEAT THERMAMETER TO SEE TEMP. INSIDE WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN OUTSIDE. I FORGET WHAT THAT TEMP IS, BUT SHOULD BE ON THE PACKAGE YOUR TURKEY CAME IN.
