Absolutely Not! Been There and Done That. It slows your metabolism down, so when you start eating again, you will pack on weight twice as fast as you did before you started going on crash diets and there is medical proof that it can make your fat cells more stubborn AND your body will eat away at it's own muscle for protein. End Results: Organ Damage, A screwed up Metabolism, Eventual Weight Gain (most likely larger than you started), Stubborn Fat Deposits and Muscle Atrophy. Doing a "cleansing" to get rid of toxins is safe, but definately not several days in a row. I wacked my metabolism so bad doing that for a few months that when I started eating again (low fat and all) I ended up 10 lbs heavier than I ever weighed and my kidneys were messed up.

Just do cardio atleast 3 times a week and instead of 3 large meals, eat 5 smaller ones, keep your caloric intake under 1500 and your fat intake low, drink a LOT of water and try to eat your carbs earlier in the day and your protein later in the day. I did that crash diet and ended up with a belly like a bowling ball and nothing I did would get rid of it so I had to part with a chunk of change to get Lipo... Don't starve yourself. And to the person that said "Laziness got you there" BS. I was on an insane workout routine and eating a very balanced diet, had a personal trainer and I still had a big fat belly pre Lipo. Each persons body is different, it isn't Laziness and to be quite honest, I'm sick of reading posts by all the "fat people haters" on here. (I'm 116 so I'm not saying that because I'm defending myself, I just think it's ignorant and rude.)

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

IF you loose weight very quickly, it will come back. and probably bring along some more pounds.
If you want to loose weight and keep it off, the healthiest way to do it is 1-2 pounds a week.
You should really think about changing your lifestyle.
Eat healthier, say no to sugar or fat. lots of fruit, veggies, whole grain, chicken fish and WATER.
Excercise atleast 4 x a week.
Trust me, Im talking from experience here.

Best of luck, but the surest way to loose weight is by committing yourself to it and doing it slowly.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

Just gradually cut down, NO crash diets. By not eating, you are risking eating disorders, sleeping disorders and more. Gradually cut down. Also by not eating you get weak, you can even pass out. Remember, think of you body as an engine and it needs fuel to run just as well.

NO!!!!!!!!!!! Cutting down on your food intake (if you need to) and cutting down on fat especailly. Working out (weights and cardio will help). If you stop eating, your body will go into survival mode. That means that your metabolism will slow WAY down, and when you eat (because you eventually HAVE TO EAT) you will actually gain weight.

NO ,Not eating will put your body in starvation mode and it will turn everything you do eat into fat. eating a healthy diet and exercise is the only way.

no, an all protein diet like meat, fish, cheese , eggs and water.

You can lose up to 10 in a week but then you have to go on a good diet so it will stay off.
