I can't see the picture worth a darn (too dark), bit if it's a pink thing similar to a Twinkie, it could be a Sno-Ball, another creme-filled Hostess cake which comes covered in shaved coconut.

Actually it's red and it's a zinger. The lighting is making it look pink but I'd know those coconut flakes anywhere!

those snowball things? pink marshmallow stuff and coconut around cake. they're pretty disgusting, if that's what you mean. eww.
