First there is a welcome given by the master of ceremonies. Then you have:
Entrance of Parents
Arrival and introduction of wedding party
Dinner (or whatever meal you are using)
Toasts
Father givers reply
Cutting of cake
Tossing of Bouquet
Tossing of Garter
Grooms reply
This is how I have set up my own reception to proceed. Hope this helps.

You don't have to do all the parts but I am pretty sure it goes like this. Cocktail hour to reception the bridal party and bride and groom get announced, the bride and groom have first dance, maid of honor/best man toasts, then appetizer course, some dancing dinner course, some more dancing bouquet/garter toss, cake cutting, mother/son and father/daughter dances, dessert, last bit of dancing and then its over.

It really just depends on how you want it to go. There isn't necessarily a set way to do it. Sometimes it even depends on your religion. Try going to http://weddingchannel.com they have some pretty good ideas for just about everything.
