get yourself a strengthening shampoo and conditioner and eat some vit-b, dont get stressed and eat your 5-a-day, i promise it helps, also try some condition treatments(maybe 1 a week)
most of the time it is stress, diet or hormones that cause your hair to fall out but i would also go easy with straighteners and hairdryers etc, good luck!!

Use a gentle shampoo and an intensive conditioner after every wash (I find the Aveda Damage Remedy range very good), and don't blow-dry or straighten or use any other heat styling for at least a few weeks. Avocado makes a good pre-wash conditioner - mash a very ripe avocado, apply to damp hair and leave on for 30 minutes or so, then rinse, shampoo and condition.

My hair was very brittle, my hairdresser recommended Kerastase shampoo & conditioner, which workes good. Its very strong so I alternate with that & Redken Soft line which has avacado oil in it & workd wonders. Now my hair is super shiny, soft & supple!

Use aussie 3 minute miracle hair insurance and reconstructor. I have exactly the same problem and used these products and now my hair just feels fabulous. It may be a bit expensive but trust me it works.
