im not talking about normal road signs i mean the little ones . They never have any writing on them, some have a hexagon, some with a solid circle or square or triangle.

The drivers. It is so that they know what the road conditions are ahead of them.

According to the traffic direction signs section on the Highway Code website, these signs show emergency diversion routes for motorway and other main road traffic. There are some pictures of the signs towards the bottom of the page if you click the link below. I have also seen these signs on main road when driving near motorway junctions.

They are used for multiple diversion routes. Let me give an example to illustrate the point.
If you were coming east on the M4 towards London and the motorway was closed between he M25 and Heathrow Airport, you could see a sign something like this:
FOR London, follow #
Heathrow, follow $
M25 south, follow +
M25 north, follow @
So if you were wanting to get to London, you would be looking out for those little yellow signs with # painted on it in black.
Simple really

The Deer basically circulate there clearly from their trails and habit of crossing close to the sign.* The sign became into erected there because of the fact of the two human beings hitting Deer or human beings reporting that Deer are favourite to circulate at that area or region, then the line Dept. places up an indication to warn motorists to be careful while coming near that distinctive area for Deer crossing there.* In different words the Deer have been stumbled directly to be crossing there, and then the sign became into submit. * Deer are creatures of habit, and use particular paths or trails of their travels.*

The road signs with yellow backgrounds and various shapes on them are warning signs for everyone. They tell you how the road curves or what might be up ahead. They help you know whats up ahead before you actually get there.

They indicate Holiday Routes, or long term diversions - that's what I have been told by 'professional' drivers

they are called 'caution' signs and that is what they do they 'caution' you about something coming up
note that here in Texas we have the ultimate sign it says - OBEY ALL CAUTION SIGNS and then quotes the state law !

They are warning signs, not necessarily rules of the road.
