I live near Detroit, MI and have been looking for this everywhere. Anyone know where it can be found??

If you can't find it, they probably don't carry it in your area. A great alternative to achieve essentially the same thing would be still get the regular Sierra Mist and combine it with Cranberry Juice itself. Also, I use Perrier Carbonated Water mixed in with Cranberry Juice. Lots of options, good luck!
