1. your hair dryer may be doing this to your hair use a protection spray befor e blowdrying
2. cut back on the use of hot appliances especially straighteners and crimpers
3. Once a week apply a hair mask which can be bought from most super markets or beauty shops!
4. in the shower have a cold rinse this will make hair shinier and in better condition
5. Have a trim once every 6-8 weeks to get rid of any split ends

basically split ends are the ends of your hair which have been through alot of heat appliances and ragging your hair with a brush you must be careful with the ends of your hair becasue this part of your hair is the oldest and most fragile.

Hope my advice was good!!!

Hair styling some times leads to Split Ends. This is also called as trichoptlosis. Split ends occur when the protective cuticle strips off from the ends of hair fibres.

Split ends could be a result of dry and brittle hair.

Damage to hair results in split ends generally due to dehydration of the hair. Use conditioner to infuse more into the hair, use less product after washing, and try to use less heat if drying.

Split ends is caused my normal "wear and tear" on your hair! Blow drying, Curling Iron, Flat Iron, heat in general to your hair will cause your ends to split! Heat Protectant serum or balm will help keep the heat from causing split ends!

Just the growth, washing it, and brushing your hair causes split ends. It's natural and happens to everyone you just have to trim it.
