I really Need to know how to get a bigger booty , Hips and Thighs without Surgery. If you were to look at a picture of Beyonce that would be an good example. If anyone can give me some things that really work that I can do at Home id be great.

Zori said it Squats...and more squats and when you can't do anymore...still do squats. They kill but it does help!! If it gets easy add weights, squat w/one leg up...

First off, everyone is built different - so you will never look identical to another person. Beyonce has wider hips - not neccessarily fatter or bigger hips. You cannot change your skeletal frame, but you can put on muscle. Trust me - you don't want to just "gain weight" cause you can't pick and choose where it will dispurse itself.

You can do one and two legged squats, deadlifts, pilates - for your tummy and hips, pelvic raises for your bum etc...

Your best bet would be to go to the library and rent some instructional videos.

Remember - good form is the secret to getting results fast. Also - the heavier the weight you use, while keeping your form, the more "bulky muscle" you will put on - hence the look you are trying to acheive.
Eat a lot of Protien and Veggies. Drink a lot of water. Good Luck!

i was once a skinny girl, with a nice round little booty. but, i too wanted to look like beyonce/J lo etc. So i did squats and lunges till i could barely walk. but now, i kinda regret it. sure im curvy and have a big booty, but it doesnt stay in the best shape if you dont have time to work out alot. If you can work out alot everyday to maintain it, thats great. But if you sometimes dont excersize for a while i would suggest dont do it. i didnt excersize for a while [few months] and now it looks.. not so hott.

but what you can do if you still want to look like Beyonce is:
lunges
squats
*and the whole time while your doing them, squeeze your butt really hard, and do the squats and lunges until you feel like your legs are gunna fall off. then do more the next day.*

Well greens like green beans help you get a bigger booty. Zoro was right you can do some squats! Good luck gurl!

Go with the squats girl! Trust us, they work on the butt and thighs! You legs will hurt for a while, but its worth it!

put your hands and feet down like in a push up rest position. then all you have to do is bring one leg back at a time..alternate. get your foot back up as far as u can. this will build muscle in butt area and you might get cramps too from doing it so much.

Don't worry about your booty. Guys like small booties, medium booties, and big booties. I have a small butt and my guy friend says it's cute.

Eat alot, run (to get muscles-but that slims the butt), and just do abs to keep your stomach down. Mabe weight lift, too.

squats, eat a lot if you're okay with gaining some weight elsewhere, and uphill hiking!! or on your treadmill use the slope
