My gawd!! Thats ridiculous!! How can you possibly know the dog wants to get married? Ya'll dont speak the same language. Hows the dog gonna say i do? Thats animal cruelty! Ur fren gonna rape it too? Poor doggy! U shud be advising ur friend against this not helping her out!

no. but she paln one just for fun.make a certified on your computer. and put somethings on the feet so that he could put the paw print on it. throw a party announce your love,write a vow and read it to your other friends, God put you and your pet together till death to you part. So you are the dog parents.

Okay, you can usually do this anywhere just as long as the lord is present(as he ever is), he will bear witness to your promises to each other. Just be sure about it before hand- ive never heard of dog divorce!!
