Quiero hacerte reparación (Spanish)
Je veux te compenser (French)

These are the intimate forms, as the context suggests.

The more formal forms are
Quiero hacerle reparación (Spanish)
Je veux vous compenser (French)

In French : Two turn of phrases:
Je voudrais vraiment te repayer-
Je desir tant de me racheter-
Informal:
Je veux vraiment que l'on soit quite-
" Making up to someone" is such a hard idiom, never realised it until I had to translate it, take it from a francophone ;)

Hi, for french translation,

If you do something wrong before, the Frederic B's translation is good.
"Je desir tant de me racheter" (here you do something wrong)

("Je voudrais vraiment te repayer" is not very common for the French who I am. I prefer "j'ai une dette envers toi" here the meaning could be I own you)

If you want do something (a promise) for someone the translation is :
Je veux vraiment le faire pour toi. (here you do a promise)

There is not a proper translation, but it can be told like this

literal translation:Realmente quiero compensarte
colloquial: de verdad quiero compensarte
it can be used like this -de verdad quiero compensarte por lo que hiciste por mí- I really want to make it up to you for what you did for me.
compensarte means to compensate which is one of the meanings of make up
quiero hacerte reparación means I want to repair (fix) you, reparación means repairing
