If you live with your parents, you should "wrap up the date" way before you both get in the car to drop you off.
Here is a tip. After the movies/pizza/hanging out at the mall/walk in the park/etc just put your hand on his arm/shoulder (depending on how tall he is) and while you rub it (a little) you say: I really had fun tonight, the (describe what you guys did BRIEFLY) was fun. I hope we do it again and THEN QUICKLY kiss him on the check. Believe me, he will appreciate it. But for teh love of God! Only do this if you LIKE HIM.

hurry up and kiss him. trust me. im a guy i know these kinds of things. he's probably really nervous too cuz i can tell you are. unless your under the age of 12 you should just give him a kiss on the lips. NO cheek what r u thinking?? im telling you, theres nothing better than when the girl goes in for the first kiss. and dont worry about the parents thing. as long as your dads not watching then everything will be all potatoes and gravy. take it from me. just go for it you only live once

jus make him comfortable enough so he'll kiss you first, like hold his hand or something, then he'll kiss you and after that you can give him as many kisses on the cheak as you want, just wait for him to do the first kiss

in my opinion, you should wait, as males should take the initiative when wooing a girl he loves.
