We have a smoker and I was planning on smoking my turkey for Thanksgiving. What are the best or most flavorful wood to use for poultry?

Fruit wood, oak, hickory, or most any hard wood depending on your tastes

oak,hickory,mesquite, if you have apple wood that's good also
