Because kittens are curious and want to know what's going on. She just wants to be a part of everything. I think it's adorable!

Your kitten is following you because it has an instinctive urge to stay close to its mother (that would be you, in the kitten's mind), by doing this in nature a young cat stays safer, learns proper behaviors including hunting, and satifies a need for contact and food.
See, it's a bigger responsibility than it seems to be an animal's surrogate parent!

Your kitten looks at you as its mother and follows you as they would their real four legged furry parent. Mostly they just want companionship and closeness but they may also be responding to you as their Alpha Cat. Cats are very social animals and generally have a hierarchy in their pride...if it's just you and the lil one then you are it's everything, mother, sibling, protector and best friend.

Cause kitties are curious and loving, and very trusting and right now you are mamma. She will eventually break off from doing this, but kittens feel safe around mom and she thinks you took over and began being her mom.

afraid of you leaving it. maybe your sick pet also know how your feeling even before you do. You cat loves you. some behave like a child. Love your cat and joy the thime he spends with you. It like having a dog but it goes in a little pan. you can teach tricks to you cat, search the internet knowing your cats habit.

Your her favorite. She may be a great cat to train with a harness and take her outside. She probably would follow you anywhere.
