is your father tall?

are any of your uncles (mother's or fathers' brothers) tall?

It is all genetic. If your father or uncles are short, all of the milk, proteins and vitamins can't change genetics.

Don't worry about it. I am only 5'7", and I always did fine with the ladies. Just be confident, and be successful. You are still young.

Only because you drink milk and eat healthy doesnt necessarily mean that you will be taller. You have until 21 to stop growing, so stop worrying about it and live life. When you dont worry about it, you actually realize one morning that you are taller than what you were, when you were on yahoo answers, asking this silly question

whats wrong with 5'7?
On average boys dont stop growing untill they are 21 yrs old.

It is good that you are eating healthy, but drinking a lot of milk and eating alot of proteins wont make you grow any quicker.

You should take yourself as you are and be glad of your height, there are many people out there half your size.

you are still young, eating healthy does help your body but it does not have much to do with how tall you are...its mostly genetics....look at your family, and notice if the guys from your dads side and moms side....try to find an average height for at least 2 generations or so....even though that wont be a sure thing..its a big part....and you are still young, you wont stop growing until you are about maybe 20.....i grew 3 inches in 1 year...i am 20 and i am 6'3'' right now..so you have plenty of time...enjoying being your height...being tall has its advantages, but also lots of disadvantages...you cant sit in the backseat of cars as comfortable...planes seats are a hassle, and lower back problems....

I'm not sure but i think guys stop growing when the turn 18 years old .........i know it all depends on how tall your family members are so if you have tall people in your family I'm sure you'll grow at least 3 to 4 more inches .........my brother was 5/7 when he was 15 and he shot up to 6/1 in three years ..........good luck

Exactly. The guy who posted first is right about avoiding exercise that include weight lifting. I have heard (don't know if it is scientifically true) that playing basketball makes teens get taller, because of the jumping.
