I have one very good idea. I know that this works because it worked for me. Get out and do things for other people. Put other people first and you will feel great about yourself. Volunteer or simply do nice things for people that you meet. This puts you in a positive mood, which impacts all of the aspects of your life - I promise!

If your in a city, take the bus after morning coffee to a part of town you have not hung out in a while and explore. I did this the last trip to NY where my parents live and just used a Monthly Metro card and got off at all these different stops checking things out (in the Bronx instead of obvious destinations in Manhattan).I had a new beginning that day!

Do something for someone else. Get involved in a church. Look for some volunteer work. You will find that doing something for someone else will bless you and give you something to live for. Put a smile on someones face.
