Egg Salad Sandwich:
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
2 slices whole wheat bread
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the eggs and mayonnaise.
Spread on slice of bread.
Top with lettuce.
Top with remaining bread.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich:
2 slices white bread
1 or 2 tablespoons butter
1 or 2 slices of your favorite cheese
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add cheese. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted.

INGREDIENTS
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup julienned green pepper
1 cup julienned sweet red pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
12 slices sourdough bread
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli honey ham, smoked turkey and pastrami
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
6 slices process American cheese
6 slices Swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, saute the onion, mushrooms and peppers in oil until tender. Layer six slices of bread with ham, turkey, pastrami, bacon, vegetables and cheese; top with remaining bread. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until heated through.

Wish Sandwhich- Slice of bread, spread Mustard on it.. Fold it in half.. and Wish you had some meat.

PB&J - Two slices of bread.. Spread 1/8th inch of Peanut butter on one side, 1/4 inch of Jelly on the other.. Slice up some bananna. Put it on the Peanut butter side, and smush them together..

well for some kind of gathering we make baked ham and cheese sandwiches.

Take roll and cut them in half then you talk a mixture of butter mustard and poppy seeds and spread that on the rolls and then you take ham or turkey or chicken and you put that on there with cheese and you put it in the over (set at a bout 400 degrees) til the cheese is melted.
Oh and you also wrap it in aluminum foil and put it on a cookie tray to cook.
