You could be suffering from stress or over exhaustion. Try light yoga before bed and throughout the day be sure to drink 8-8oz glasses of water and if you can tolerate it eat more cheese about 6oz)it is a proven stress reliever. Another good calmer to help you to sleep is a warm cup of chamomile tea and honey (Sleepy time by Celestial Seasonings is my fave). Socks too seem to help the body relax and regulate heat. Good Luck!
