You need to contact the Department of Vital Statistics in the city you were born in. In some states, you may actually have to contact that office in the state capitol building instead of the local courthouse. First, check with the office located in the county where you wre born.

you can go to your localcouncil office(where you were born) or you can visit the hospital you were born @ and they should hav details where your dupilicate copy is.
