I just got married and my husband was moved to work in Puerto Rico for 3 years Im a resident and I am not sure if I need a reentry permit since Puerto Rico is a USA territorie.

Puerto Rico is part of the US (commonwealth) and you do not need a visa/passport/or any type of permit to enter or exit the Island.

You do not need permission to enter Puerto Rico....But if you are a foreigner, then you would need a passport, and a visa.
