Garnier Fructis Soft Curl Cream or Curl and Shine leave-in conditioner might help. I use both of those. They keep my hair soft and help control frizz.

The leave in frizz treatments work well, but to control the problem to begin with you should use a really good conditioner. I have thick, course, frizzy hair and I use Matrix Ultra conditioning balm. It works great. Try it a few times a week and leave it on for about 15 minutes.
