I downloaded a video tutorial for my job, and it won't play. I tried to delete it but i can't. If i right click, i still can't delete it, or even view the properties of the file. I can't even click and drag it to a different place. How can i delete this file? I ran my virus scan and it doesn't detect any problem. Can anyone help please? Thank you!

Enter safe mode and then delete the file...

When pc starts up, hit F8 before the loading screen, till you see the Option to choose SAFE MODE...

Enter Safe mode in your user name...

Browse to the file and delete it.

The file is probably 'in use' by something on your computer. The easiest solution is usually just to restart and delete the file before you open any programs.

If it still won't let you delete it, boot to safe mode, and delete it from a command prompt.

There might be an old process lock on the file. Try using this program to unlock the file and then delete it.
