Are you baking it? I spread a some peach marmalade on top of a wheel of brie and wrap it in philo dough. Then I bake it at 350 degrees for like 15 minutes (can't remember for sure, the recipe is at home) and when it comes out it's all gooey and warm. Awesome with crackers or bagel chips. Serve it with some fruit too, apple and pear slices, grapes and strawberries are good.

If your looking for a finger food idea for brie this one is very nice. Take a small piece of brie and 1 whole raspberry and wrap them in a piece of puff pastry about 2in x 2in. Brush with an egg wash and bake at 400 degrees until brown. These are a great !!!!

Brie is typically good with nuts and fruits, such as, crackers (multi-grained type is good) or a good crusty load of bread or bagels(again a good multi-grain bread with walnuts and cranberries)... fruit (apples and figs).
Brie is a soft spreadable cheese... Another tip is use it as you would cream cheese.
