Okay, my really good friend/bf, just got promoted in jrotc and I wanna get him a congrants gift, but I have no clue what to get him.. I know he likes cars/army/guy stuff but should give something special since it's a congrants/jrtoc thing? Im seeing him tomorrow so I'll have to go shopping later please help

..sadly I need something I can buy, cause it's hard to spend time with each other unless our familes have off.. (neither of us can drive.. were both 17).. I know what he would like but my parents would kill me ;)

It's junior ROTC...... they get promoted for showing up.
It's not that big of a deal.
