Well we had this song that we were taught in school when I was a kid to help remember not only the names but where they are. It starts from the east coast and goes to the west.

The provinces of Canada are fun to remember
Fun to remember, fun to remember
The provinces of Canada are fun to remember
Fun to remember so sing them with me
New Foundland and PEI,
Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick
Quebec, Ontario from there you'll see
Manitoba, Saskatchewan
Alberta, BC

Then of course there are the territories, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavit, but they were never in the song.

And since this may not help in the least here is a link to a website with map of Canada on it http://atlas.nrcan.gc.ca/site/english/maps/reference/outlinecanada/canada02/referencemap_image_view
