I was wondering if it will help me lose some weight around the middle.

By the way I do exercise and eat healthy.

It most certainly can. I drank nearly a 2-liter bottle of water a day and lost about 30 lbs in 2 months. Of course it helps to diet (and exercise) but water nearly does the trick. But careful, it will also flush your system and increase your appetite.

The only way you are going to lose your bulge is to exercise. There is no special secret that will get rid of it for good. Do cardio exercises to get the flab from underneath the skin, and do ab exercises to build the muscle. Diet and exercise is the only permanent solution.

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

yes,drink 8 glasses of water a day
it flushes away the salt that make your tummy bulge.
you can also try Leg raises here's how:
> Lie on the floor and raise up your legs both
and slowly take it down without touching the floor.then repeat.
20 times-2 sets.

Not really. Staying hydrated is very important, but just drinking water as your diet tool will not give you the fix you are looking for.

Some beverages do tend to bloat a person more then others. Water is not going to cause any bloat so that may be why it was suggested.

in some ways, yes....water flushes out your system and drinking lots of liquids in general make you feel "full". therefore, you are suppressing your appetite.
