I wanted to know how many years of school you need to join the Army? I called here in Heidelberg, Germany since I live in Germany and the recruiter told me I need 12 Years of School. Normally School ends with the 10th Grade here in Germany and then you have your Graduation! There is a chance to go to the university and do your 13th Grade graduation but that's hard as hell and I don't see myself doing that... Is there any other chance to join the army?

You need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent to join the Army. Maybe the recruiter didn't understand what you were asking. If a 10th grade education in Germany is the same as a 12th grade education in the U.S., you should be good to go.

You have to have a highschool diploma or a GED. Actually, you can join in some occupations and for no benefits without a diploma.
