Unless you're not human this is a problem. Exercise as much as you can each day. This may not be much, so do it where you won't have spectators to avoid self-esteem. I had a convenient forest and beach nearby, and I would run up the beach as far as I could about every other day. Each day I could run a little bit further, until I could go until I ran out of passable terrain about a mile north of my home. Then I worked on running back too. It took me a few years, but I got much fitter and I made the full run eventually.

I also recommend eating less. Don't cut carbs or fats specifically, just put less stuff on your plate to begin with. Its calories that matter more than what form they are in.

The true measure of a person is not if they are fat. Its if they can change themselves.

I do think that 300 pounds is rather heavy. How tall are you?

I think that perhaps it might be a good idea if you lost a bit of weight and did some exercise. Speak to your mum and doctor about it and they should be able to help you

Not necessarily fat dear, and if doctors say you are, then it probably isn't your fault. If you aren't a chronic overeater, you could very well have a thyroid problem. Also, some medications can cause severe weight gain.

Yes, your are what is called morbidly obese. Its very dangerous and may cut your life short. Sit down with your parents tonight and tell them you need to see a doctor as soon as possible for treatment. I am guessing not knowing your height that you are 200 pounds over weight. You need to take control of your life starting today.

yes, i think your overweight. u need to do something about it even if u don't want to. you MUST because u are destroying your life at a young age. i think you should exercise and get on a diet. it's gonna be hard but you have too and u need someone to motivate u also so u won't give up on urself, but good luck with that sweey, but please try to lose weight

I don't think you are fat, I know you are fat. what you should do is stop drinking sodas.... walk more... drink water.... eat lots of vegetables.... don't eat after 9 P.M.
