Many people mistakenly think that hate is the opposite of love.
Indifference is the opposite of love. If you are indifferent towards someone that means that you do not care.
If you hate someone that means that you care enough to have any feeling at all toward that person other than indifference.
Personnaly, I think that love is the strongest feeling known to mankind. So... no, you can't hate someone more than you can love someone.

Love is more powerful than hate. the reason is complected..
love=hate: jalousies=males=grudge= hate,
someone in love with you but you not in love with them. can cause this train of feelings. so love is powerful..
you can never get hate someone and love them but you can love someone and hate them.

Love is most powerful. It overcomes all. Yes unfortunately you can. And when you feel that way about someone it is time to walk.

'Tis a thin line, between love & hate.
You probably can hate more than love OR love more than hate. It's all up to you, but you can most definitely feel BOTH at one time.
